Quando todos os peixes desaparecem misteriosamente das lojas de animais da cidade, Sam o gato precisa usar suas habilidades de detetive para resolver o caso antes que toda a cidade fique sem comida para seus queridos animais de estimação.
Sam, o Gato, morava em uma grande cidade com prédios altos e ruas movimentadas.
