La Grotta e i Tredici Amici

C'era una volta, in una terra chiamata Thailandia, vivevano tredici amici.

Once upon a time, in a land called Thailand, there lived thirteen friends.

Dodici erano ragazzi giovani che amavano giocare a calcio.

Twelve were young boys who loved to play soccer.

Uno era il loro gentile allenatore che si prendeva cura di loro come un padre.

One was their kind coach who cared for them like a father.

Un giorno di sole dopo l'allenamento di calcio, i ragazzi si sentivano coraggiosi e curiosi.

One sunny day after soccer practice, the boys felt brave and curious.

"Let's explore the big cave!"

The cave was dark and mysterious.

For eighteen long days, the rescue team searched and planned.

Alla fine, coraggiosi subacquei trovarono i tredici amici vivi nella loro piccola stanza nella grotta.

Finally, brave divers found the thirteen friends alive in their small cave room.

Ma uscire era pericoloso.

But getting out was dangerous.

The cave was still full of water, and the path was long and dark.

Special divers had to carry each boy through the underwater tunnels, one by one.

And from that day on, whenever children heard this story, they remembered: no matter how dark your cave might seem, there are always people who care about you and will never stop looking until they bring you home.
