The boy was laughing.

The people were angry.
Tornarono al villaggio.
They went back to the village.

A few days later, the boy did the same thing again.
"Aiuto!"
"Help!"

gridò.
he shouted.

"A wolf is here!"

Again, the people ran up the hill.

Again, there was no wolf.

The boy was laughing again.

"You tricked us!"

They were very angry.
Tornarono al villaggio.
They went back to the village.

One day, a real wolf came to the hill.

The wolf was big and hungry.

It wanted to eat the sheep.

Ma questa volta, nessuno venne.

La gente del villaggio sentì il ragazzo, ma non gli credettero.
The people in the village heard the boy, but they did not believe him.

The wolf ate many of the sheep.
