The Cat and the Birds
Un gatto furbo finge di essere malato per ingannare gli uccelli e farli venire a trovarlo. Gli uccelli devono decidere se possono fidarsi del loro vecchio nemico o se questa è solo un'altra trappola pericolosa.
Un gatto viveva vicino a un grande albero.
A cat lived near a big tree.

Many birds lived in the tree.

"The cat is very sick."
Forse morirà presto.
"Maybe he will die soon."
Alcuni giovani uccelli provarono pietà per il gatto.
Some young birds felt sorry for the cat.
"Dovremmo aiutarlo,"
"We should help him,"
hanno detto.
they said.
Sembra così triste e malato.
"He looks so sad and sick."
Ma un vecchio e saggio uccello scosse la testa.
But an old, wise bird shook his head.
