Two little cats lived in different places.
Pelusa vivía en una casa grande con camas suaves y buena comida.
Fluffy lived in a big house with soft beds and good food.
Scratchy vivía en la calle sin hogar y con poca comida.
Scratchy lived on the street with no home and little food.
Fluffy lo tenía todo pero se sentía triste.
Fluffy had everything but felt sad.
Los gatos ricos de su vecindario eran crueles con los gatos pobres.
The rich cats in her neighborhood were mean to poor cats.

They took food away from hungry cats.
A Fluffy no le gustó esto.
Fluffy did not like this.

Scratchy was hungry but had many friends.

Many cats got hurt.

Fluffy saw her rich cat friends being mean.

She felt bad.

Scratchy saw some street cats being too angry.
Lastimaron a gatos que no eran malos.
They hurt cats who were not bad.

Then something happened.

Fluffy and Scratchy met near a big tree.

Together, they talked to cats from both sides.

Slowly, some cats started to listen.
