Il y a très longtemps, vivait une araignée rusée nommée Anansi.

Long ago, there lived a clever spider named Anansi.

Il était très intelligent mais se mettait parfois dans le pétrin.

Un jour, Anansi descendit une route.

Il vit un bébé fait de goudron assis au bord du chemin.

Bientôt, Anansi fut complètement collé au bébé de goudron.

Il ne pouvait plus bouger du tout.

Un fermier descendit la route.

Il vit Anansi collé à son piège de poupée de goudron.
