Anansi et la Potion d'Amour

Anansi l'araignée était très intelligente.

s'écria Anansi.

Il courut vers la femme sage.

« Aidez-moi, je vous en prie ! »

dit-il.

« Affaiblissez la potion ! »

La sage-femme secoua la tête.

Tu n'as pas écouté.

"You did not listen."

Maintenant tu dois vivre avec ce que tu as fait.

Anansi apprit que l'avidité apporte des ennuis.

Anansi learned that being greedy brings trouble.

Il apprit aussi que l'amour véritable ne peut naître de la magie.

Elle doit venir du cœur.

À partir de ce jour, Anansi ne put plus jamais être seul.
