Anansi e il Ladro di Storie

Tanto tempo fa, viveva un ragno di nome Anansi.

Long ago, there lived a spider named Anansi.

Era molto intelligente e amava raccontare storie.

He was very clever and loved to tell stories.

Tutti gli animali della foresta venivano ad ascoltare i suoi meravigliosi racconti.

All the animals in the forest came to hear his wonderful tales.

Un giorno, un grande elefante di nome Kojo arrivò nella foresta.

One day, a big elephant named Kojo came to the forest.

Kojo era geloso di Anansi.

Kojo was jealous of Anansi.

Voleva che tutti gli animali lo ascoltassero invece.

He wanted all the animals to listen to him instead.

"Posso raccontare storie migliori di quel piccolo ragno,"

"I can tell better stories than that little spider,"

Kojo se lo disse.

Kojo said to himself.

Quella notte, mentre Anansi dormiva, Kojo si avvicinò furtivamente alla sua casa.
