The White Doll's Secret

Emma lived in a small house with her grandmother.

Emma vivait dans une petite maison avec sa grand-mère.

Every night, Grandma told Emma scary stories before bed.

Emma loved these stories, but sometimes they gave her bad dreams.

One cold October night, Grandma sat on Emma's bed.

"Tonight I will tell you about the Boogeyman," she said.

The Boogeyman puts this doll in children's rooms while they sleep."

Emma asked.

"When a child wakes up and sees the pretty doll, they want to touch it.
